Welcome to Real Estate Career Center LLC (New Jersey) By enrolling in our course(s) or otherwise accessing our website, platform or services, you agree to the following terms and conditions (these “Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

• “Student” or “you” means any individual who enrolls in or uses our courses, platform or related services.

• “Course” refers to any pre‐licensing, continuing education, broker course, or other educational program offered by Real Estate Career Center LLC (New Jersey).

• “Platform” means the online learning system, website, software, apps or other tools provided by Real Estate Career Center LLC (New Jersey)

• “Content” means all instructional materials, videos, audio files, quizzes, tests, hand‐outs, textbooks, web materials, and any other materials provided in connection with a Course.

• “State” refers to the State of New Jersey, unless otherwise indicated.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for a Course, accessing our Platform or receiving Content, you agree to abide by these Terms and to any additional guidelines or policies that we post (including refund policy, privacy policy, code of conduct, etc.). If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms, do not enroll or use our services.

3. Course Enrollment & Payment

• To enroll in a Course you must provide current, accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.

• Payment of the applicable course fee is required before access is granted unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• If you fail to pay any required fees, Real Estate Career Center LLC (New Jersey) may deny access or withhold completion credentials.

• Course fees are subject to change; promotions or discounts (such as holiday sales) apply only for the stated period or as specified.

4. Access to Platform & Materials

• Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will receive access credentials to the Platform for the Course.

• Access is for your individual use only. You may not share your login or allow others to access the Course under your account.

• All Materials are the intellectual property of MRES (or its licensors). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Materials for the purpose of completing the Course.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit the Materials beyond your personal learning use without our express written permission.

5. Course Completion, Certificate & State Licensing

• Successful completion of a Course may entitle you to a certificate of completion, as required for submission to the State of New Jersey (or other applicable licensing body).

• It is your responsibility to verify and meet all licensing prerequisites, including but not limited to age, education, background check, application deadlines, exam scheduling, and any state licensing fees.

• Real Estate Career Center LLC (New Jersey) does not guarantee that you will pass the licensing exam or obtain a license. The Course is designed to prepare you, but exam results vary and licensing approval are determined by the licensing authority.

6. Student Conduct & Academic Integrity

• You agree to engage in honest and ethical conduct in all aspects of your Course participation.

• Cheating, plagiarism, sharing login credentials, impersonation, or other dishonest behavior is prohibited.

• Real Estate Career Center LLC (New Jersey) reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access, void your certificate or withhold other benefits if you violate these standards.

7. Refunds & Cancellation

• If you notify us in email within 10 days of enrollment and no more than 20% of the Course has been accessed, we will refund 100% of the fee. The school email is njrealestatecareercenter@gmail.com 

• Access termination may not relieve you of outstanding obligations (e.g., payment of fees).

• If for any reason we cancel a Course that you are enrolled in (not due to your misconduct), we will provide you with a choice of a full refund or transfer to a future session.

8. Modifications to Courses & Platform

• We may update, modify or discontinue Courses, Materials or Platform access at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled students of major changes.

• We are not obligated to update Materials for future licensing exam content changes, though we will endeavor to do so in a timely manner.

9. Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions

• All trademarks, service marks, logos, course materials and other proprietary content on the Platform are owned by Real Estate Career Center LLC (New Jersey) or its licensors.

• You may not use our trademarks or brand identifiers without our express prior written consent.

• You may not resell, sublicense, distribute, share, publicize or commercialize any part of the Course or Materials without explicit authorization.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

• The Services and Materials are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including (but not limited to) warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

• Real Estate Career Center LLC (New Jersey) does not guarantee your exam pass, license issuance, employment outcome, or any other result.

• In no event will Real Estate Career Center LLC (New Jersey), its directors, employees, instructors, affiliates or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost license opportunity or lost data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

• Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the Course in question.

11. Termination

• Either party may terminate your access to the Platform if you breach these Terms or fail to comply with payment obligations.

• Upon termination, you must stop using the Materials and Platform. Any certificates issued may be revoked at our discretion.

• The provisions of these Terms that by their nature are intended to survive (e.g., intellectual property, limitation of liability, confidentiality) will continue even after termination.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

• Our collection and use of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. By enrolling in a Course, you agree to the data practices described therein.

• You consent to receive communications (e.g., course updates, reminders, promotions) via email, text or other methods consistent with your consent preferences.

13. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

• These Terms and any disputes arising out of them will be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.

• Any dispute, claim or controversy between you and Real Estate Career Center LLC (New Jersey) arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Course shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered in New Jersey in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association or other mutually agreed‐upon arbitration rules. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding. Each party shall bear its own costs, but the arbitrator may award reasonable attorneys’ fees to the prevailing party if permitted by the applicable rules.

• If for some reason arbitration is found unenforceable, you and Real Estate Career Center LLC (New Jersey)agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Bergen County, NJ.

14. Force Majeure

• Real Estate Career Center LLC (New Jersey) will not be liable or responsible for any failure or delay in providing the Course or Platform caused by acts beyond our reasonable control (for example: natural disasters, Internet or hosting failures, pandemics, government orders, or power outages).

15. Entire Agreement & Amendments

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Real Estate Career Center LLC (New Jersey) regarding your enrollment in the Course and use of the Platform, superseding any prior agreements or communications.

• We may amend these Terms at any time by posting revised terms on our website. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the latest version. Your continued enrollment or use of the Platform after posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
