The RECC is approved to offer the required NJ Real Estate 75hr Prelicensing course by the NJREC and is also ARELLO approved for the 75hr NJ Real Estate Salesperson Prelicing online self-paced course. An ARELLO-approved course is an online real estate training program certified by the Association of Real Estate License Law Officials (ARELLO)

Upon successful completion of the 75hr course, students will receive their completion certificate and their information will be uploaded into the PSI Testing database so that they will be able to take their NJ Real Estate Exam.

Students can take the free introductory course to find out the requirements and steps required to get a NJ Real Estate License. The school does not provide job placement or assistance with job placement - we only provide the required 75hr prelicensing course that is required for your exam. 

 

The 75hr prelicensing course is available in English or Spanish - the NJ Real Estate state licensing exam is also available in both English and Spanish. Students who register for the spanish version of the course will be uploaded to take the Spanish real estate exam.
