The NJ Salesperson 75hr Online Prelicensing Course is for students aiming to get their New Jersey Real Estate License. Upon passing this course, students will be able to take their state licensing exam. The online course includes an individual student account which tracks your progress. Your registration also includes practice quizzes and exams, electronic flashcards & a Vocab App, audio lessons, Instructor Videos, and short explainer videos. Completion of the course and a 70% on your Final Exam are required to pass the course. Students can re-take their Final Exam if needed for no additional fee (unlimited).
