The NJ Real Estate Pre-Licensing Bundle pairs our state-approved 75-hour online course with live weekly Zoom instruction over the course of 5 weeks. The 5-week Live Weekly Zoom Series is taught by Stu Jacobson, licensed NJ RE Instructor and Realtor - he will review topics from the course and answer questions, break down tough exam topics, and keep you accountable. The required 75hours are achieved through the successful completion of the 75hr NJ RE Salesperson Prelicencing Online Course. • State Exam Deadline: NJ candidates have 1 year from course completion date to pass the PSI state exam and activate their license with a broker. • Refund Policy: Full refund within 10 days of registration date if fewer than 20 hours completed. • Online Course Student Portal Access: Open upon enrollment and active through 2 weeks past your final Zoom class.
